Part-Time Executive & Personal Assistant (Remote)
Pay: $20-$25/hour
Hours: 15–25 hours per week
Location: Remote
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support a busy business owner with both business and personal administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Calendar and appointment management
- Project tracking and follow-up
- Recruiting and interview coordination
- Research and information gathering
- Document, spreadsheet, and report creation
- Vendor and service provider coordination
- Personal administrative support
- Travel and event planning
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Proactive and resourceful
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Follows through on tasks from start to finish
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism

- Communicate proactively and provide status updates
- Follow established processes and instructions
- Identify roadblocks early and suggest solutions
- Track tasks through completion
- Prioritize accuracy and attention to detail
